I basically paid £129 for one night to get: -Wifi with very bad connectivity -Shampoo & Shower Gel bottle almost empty (had to ask a staff member to change them as only one of us could have a shower) - Pillows as thin as a sheet of paper (thank you for the neck pain and the bad sleep) - TV that kept on crashing while trying to choose the channel - A/C that, despite setting it up to 25 degrees, kept on blasting very cool air Very disappointed in this location, I am not used to writing reviews, but this one..... abysmal experience

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Greenwich and the O2. Attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation are all nearby. There was a good selection at breakfast.

Luggage storage charge

The staff were quite pleasant but we arrived early and were charged £3 per bag to store our luggage for a few hours until check in was available. Our original room had no windows so we requested a room change which was accommodated without a problem

Happy with my stay - recommend

First time staying here and first time staying in this location and I was happily impressed. Very easy to get to via the DLlR, which is just a very short walk. The reception was very welcoming and check in was easy. The room was the standard UK ibis finish. Room was not massive but clean, tidy and most importantly quiet. The bathroom was smaller than expected but fully functional and again very clean . WiFi was about 20mb so perfectly fine for what I needed. Breakfast was offered for about £15 which I thought was a bit steep but there are plenty of local options around. Overall for a budget hotel I was very impressed and would happily stay again.

Comfortable hotel, nice staff, recommend to everyone

The staff are very attentive and kind. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is big and comfortable. The bathroom has very little light, but that's not the hotel's fault, it's the brand. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the only thing I missed was the vegetables. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. Very close to Greenwich attractions.
